Rashun Carter is an actor, playwright, screenwriter and filmmaker. His on-screen credits include NBC’s Chicago PD and AMC’s 61st street. He was in the play Reasons: a tribute to Earth Wind And Fire where he played the musical genius Ramsey Lewis and the fiery Verdine White. He received his BFA from Illinois State University, where he also obtained the national Irene Ryan award. From playing the drug-addicted alcoholic Brucie in Sweat, the smooth Colombian drug dealer Xavier in Balm in Gilead, to name a couple. He’s been in 11 productions, ranging from dramatic Shakespeare to light-hearted comedies. This is his first production with Definition and he’s “excited to get to work!”
